I recently completed my G3/G2 course with John and Dusty as my instructors in the Niagara Day class. I would like to relay my appreciation for the work they did in setting me up for the beginnings of my new career.
John was an absolute privilege to be taught by and his passion for passing on knowledge is quite frankly infectious! He goes above and beyond in his teachings and his way of explaining everything makes learning a lot easier.
Dusty is a top bloke and an excellent teacher! His way of transferring what confuses on paper to the real world is fantastic, I truly enjoyed shop with Dusty and he has given me the skills to do it the right way from the beginning. He took difficult electric diagnostic testing and made it much less complicated to understand, had us installing a furnace and instantaneous hot water heater both of which he was able to guide us in how to set them up both correctly and visually correct.
I have to give an honourable nod to Everett, only had him on Monday but he was a great teacher who possesses a great deal of knowledge and experience and was eager to help with any questions anybody had.
I truly enjoyed my time at Niagara Skilled Trades Academy and hopefully be back soon as John would say “See you in 2 years for your G1”
